Family owned and operated, Della Ratta, Inc. was established in 1970 by Joseph Della Ratta with the goal of providing superior commercial development services with reliable and innovative management strategies.
With its unique combination of construction and management, Della Ratta and the company’s management arm, Commercial Management Company, operates centers ranging from 40,000 sf to 250,00 sf in Virginia, Maryland, and Florida. Long term satisfied tenants include Giant Food, CVS, Gabe’s, TSC, Sherwin Williams, Burger King, and Dunkin’ Donuts. DRI/CMC’s hotels are the recipients of numerous hospitality awards and enjoy excellent standings on travel sites such as Yelp, Expedia, Trip Advisor, Kayak, Hotels.com and others.
A long standing and trusted partner in the business community, Della Ratta’s portfolio includes some of the metro area’s signature developments.
